Meditation therapy is a combination of meditation, holistic counselling and life coaching.
What can I expect from a session with Epiphany?
Each session begins with a short meditation to ground your nervous system and help you get the most out of your session. Talk therapy then begins in the style of holistic counselling. You will establish what goals you'd like to achieve through your work with Epiphany and, using practical strategies, develop a plan to achieve them. Finally, each session will end with a bespoke meditation recorded and given to you as a resource.
