Terms & Conditions

Booking:

  • Some services require the full price to be made when the booking is made.

  • Some services only require a 50% deposit when booking and the remaining 50% will be collected at the conclusion of the service.

  • If you're booking is part of a bundle package, the full price of the package is to be paid upfront. If this is not possible, by agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing to pay the entire sum of the bundle package.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations require 48 hours' notice.

  • Failure to provide notice results in session and fee forfeiture.

  • Rescheduling requests require 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability.

Termination and Refunds:

  • The therapist may terminate sessions for disruptive or risky behaviour.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours.

  • Bundles are non-refundable after the first session has been conducted.

Yoga:

  • By participating in Yoga classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activity. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and supportive environment, it is important to listen to your body and practice within your limits.

  • It is up to the participant to communicate any physical limitations or concerns to the facilitator prior to class.

  • Participants are responsible for their own well-being during sessions. By attending Yoga classes, you agree to release the facilitator from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during or as a result of participation.

  • Any guidance or advice provided during sessions is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Workshops:

  • Participants agree to be filmed during the workshop.

Coaching Session Details:

  • Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you move toward personal goals by increasing clarity, emotional awareness, and self-trust. This is not therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment.

  • Sessions last one (1) hour.

  • Late arrivals will not extend the session.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

All personal information shared in sessions will be treated with confidentiality, unless:

  • You give written permission to share it

  • It involves risk of serious harm to you or another person

  • It is required by law

Client Conduct:

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during sessions. This includes refraining from disruptive behaviour, avoiding physical contact with the therapist or other clients, and maintaining a safe and confidential environment.

Contact:

If the client does not wish to be physically adjusted (e.g. posture corrected) during the session, please be sure to communicate this to the facilitator.

Recording of Sessions:

Recording of sessions by the client is prohibited. The practitioner will record the meditation at the end of the session.

Needs Mapping Technique / Needs Framework:

The Needs Mapping Technique is a personal growth framework created by Epiphany Mason to help individuals explore unmet emotional needs and develop supportive, self-led strategies for regulation and wellbeing.

 

This is not a clinical model and does not replace psychological assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a non-clinical, coaching-based approach designed to support self-awareness, emotional clarity, and self-trust.

Limits of Emotional Regulation Coaching

As an Emotional Regulation Coach, I support clients to:

  • Identify and understand their emotional patterns

  • Build practical tools for managing stress, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Develop self-awareness and nervous system literacy

  • Create healthy boundaries and reduce people-pleasing behaviours

  • Navigate life transitions and relationship dynamics with more clarity

  • Map unmet needs and meet them through supportive strategies

 

I do not offer:

  • Diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions

  • Crisis support or suicide prevention

  • Clinical therapy or psychology services

  • Medical advice or prescriptions

 

My work is educational, supportive, and preventative in nature. It is designed to complement—not replace—mental health treatment or clinical care.

Stress & Emotional Regulation Coaching is not a cure-all and may not be suitable for all individuals. Clients should discuss any concerns or questions about the appropriateness of stress & Emotional Regulation Coaching with their medical professional such as a GP.

There’s no legal qualification required to be a coach in Australia. I am not a psychologist, psychotherapist, or registered mental health professional. My services as an Emotional Regulation Coach supports emotional regulation and nervous system awareness using non-clinical tools. My services as an Emotional Regulation Coach are not a substitute for clinical mental health care.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that stress & Emotional Regulation Coaching is a complementary approach and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that if you have any health concerns you have consulted your general practitioner (GP) before commencing with meditation therapy and stress & Emotional Regulation Coaching.

You also acknowledge that by participating in stress & Emotional Regulation Coaching you do so at your own risk and will not hold Epiphany Mason or From Epiphany liable for any legal liability or physical or mental injury you may sustain as a result of participating.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that:

 

  • The Needs Mapping Technique is not a clinical tool, psychological assessment, or treatment plan.

  • It is a non-clinical, coaching-based approach designed to support wellbeing, not to diagnose or treat any mental health condition.

  • You take full responsibility for your own emotional and physical wellbeing throughout the coaching process.

  • If at any time your needs fall outside the scope of this work, you will seek appropriate professional or clinical care.

By booking and participating in sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions. Exceptions must be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to commencing with the therapist.

Privacy Policy:

​Your privacy is important to us. When you share your contact information, we ensure it’s handled with the utmost care. We collect only the details necessary to respond to your inquiries, schedule sessions, or provide relevant updates. We do not share your personal information with third parties, and we store it securely, following industry best practices to protect your data. You may request access, corrections, or deletion of your information at any time. If you have any concerns about privacy, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
