Meditation Therapy Terms & Conditions

Booking:

  • New Client sessions are booked in blocks of three (3) consecutive weeks.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required in advance.

  • The remaining 50% is due at the first session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations require 48 hours' notice.

  • Failure to provide notice results in session forfeiture.

  • Rescheduling requests require 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability.

Session Details:

  • Sessions last one (1) hour.

  • Late arrivals will not extend the session.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Client Commitment and Confidentiality:

  • Clients commit to attending all four (3) consecutive sessions.

  • All shared information remains confidential, except in cases of potential harm.

Termination and Refunds:

  • The therapist may terminate sessions for disruptive or risky behavior.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours.

Client Conduct:

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during meditation therapy sessions. This includes refraining from disruptive behavior, avoiding physical contact with the therapist or other clients, and maintaining a safe and confidential environment.

Recording of Sessions:

Recording of meditation therapy sessions is prohibited without the express written consent of both the client and the therapist.

Disclosure of Personal Information:

Clients may be asked to provide personal information during meditation therapy sessions. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the therapeutic relationship without the client's consent.

Limits of Therapy:

Meditation therapy is not a cure-all and may not be suitable for all individuals. Clients should discuss any concerns or questions about the appropriateness of meditation therapy with their therapist.

 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that meditation therapy is a complementary approach and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. 

You also acknowledge that by participating in meditation therapy you do so at your own risk and will not hold Epiphany Mason or From Epiphany liable for any legal liability or physical or mental injury you may sustain as a result of participating.

By booking and participating in meditation therapy sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions. Exceptions must be discussed and agreed upon in writing with the therapist.
